Dilip Rathi and Kamal Rathi embarked on their entrepreneurial journey in 1998 by founding Rathi Sales & Marketing, a modest sanitary and bath fitting shop. With a clear passion for excellence and a vision for growth, they dedicated themselves to transforming the industry standard.

1998

Driven by their commitment to quality and innovation, the Rathi brothers decided to elevate their business. In 2004, they launched Gotus Bath, a sophisticated bathroom showroom located on MG Road. This world-class showroom set new benchmarks in the industry with its cutting-edge designs and premium offerings. Following the success of Gotus Bath, they expanded their presence by opening two additional showrooms in the prestigious GK-2 M Block Market.

In 2009, Dilip and Kamal Rathi redefined their business vision and rebranded their company as Etreluxe, a name derived from the French term meaning “to be luxurious.” This strategic move reflected their commitment to luxury and excellence. Etreluxe began diversifying its offerings, including luxury residences and high-end kitchen solutions. The company’s association with Nolte German Kitchens marked the beginning of a new era in upscale kitchen design, leveraging the Rathi brothers' extensive exposure to international brands and design workshops.

2009

By 2014, Etreluxe had solidified its reputation as a leader in luxury design. The Rathi brothers unveiled a state-of-the-art Experience Centre on MG Road, covering an impressive 20,000 square feet. This facility showcased a curated selection of top international brands such as Poltrona Frau, Flexform, Bentley, Turri, Boffi, Rugiano, and Sollos, providing a comprehensive luxury experience under one roof.

In 2021, Etreluxe continued its growth trajectory by opening a 10,000 square foot studio in Worli, Mumbai. This new location further solidified the company’s national presence and offered clients in Mumbai access to Etreluxe’s luxurious and diverse product range.

2024

In 2024, Etreluxe embarked on a new chapter by embracing the Make in India concept. The Rathi brothers established Etreluxe Home (EL Home), a manufacturing facility with a sprawling 50,000 square feet of space. Equipped with the latest European machinery, this facility aims to produce high-quality, luxury home furnishings locally, blending international standards with local craftsmanship.
